1. My Channels are not showing what is playing.

Goto IPTV app --> Goto settings (Top right hand corner) --> Click EPG --> Click Refresh EPG (Information will start showing again after 2-3 min)

2 . My channels are freezing or buffering.

For Amazon Fire TV devices
If you are using a specific streaming service app, force stop it, clear the app cache, and restart it.:
Go to Settings > Applications > Manage Installed Applications.
Find the streaming service app and press on it.
Click the Force Stop button.
Click the Clear Cache button

For Android boxes and devices
If you are using a specific streaming service app, force stop it, clear the app cache, and restart it:
Go to Settings > Preferences section > More settings > Apps.
Find the streaming service app and press on it.
Click the Force Stop button.
Click the Clear Cache button.

3. I have no Internet Connection.

- Make sure your device is connected to the internet via ethernet or wifi.

- Restart your device and router.
